I have given over 350+ evaluations on George Washington inaugural buttons, and 277 American Revolutionary War Buttons. I consider my evaluations to be objective, and unbiased toward any sale or purchase of a George Washington Inaugural button, or Rev. War Button. I received my Bachelors of Science Degree in Political Science from the Pennsylvania State University in 1988, with an emphasis in Colonial American Political History, State Economics, and the Pre & Post American Revolutionary War Years for America. I have lived in the Historical Hudson Valley Region in New York for over 20 years, and I currently reside in New Windsor New York since 1992. I have done extensive hands-on American Revolutionary War Relic research at Fishkill Area, Constitution Island, West Point, George Washington's Headquarters in Newburgh, General Knox's Headquarters in New Windsor, The Last Encampment of the Continental Army of 1782-1783 in New Windsor, Fort Clinton & Montgomery in Fort Montgomery, New York.

My main objective will be to give you my historical experience and knowledge in the examination and evaluation of your American Revolutionary War or George Washington inaugural button. You will receive a printed out evaluation customized to your buttons current condition, along with listing your name and address as the registered owner. The button's past history will only be given in the evaluation if known. Our paid for evaluations will be a little more thorough in details then the web sites standard evaluation. This evaluation will be based on my personal historical knowledge and experience in which i will in turn provide you with authenticity, identification, approximate dating, and range of values for both the Current Retail and Wholesale Markets. If you decide to sell your button to GW Inaugural Buttons, or one of our recognized dealers, your evaluation service fee will be refunded as part of the purchase price.

*All mailed in buttons for a paid evaluation and encapsulation services will receive an Evaluation Letter of Authenticity from GW Inaugural Buttons. You will be given your choice of Black or White cushion in the capsule; and if you would prefer a sealed or un-sealed capsule. If multiple buttons are sent in, you will be given the option of purchasing and receiving all your buttons encapsulated in a Button Display.

For over the Phone Quick Evaluations, please e-mail us at gwbuttonevaluations@verizon.net with any questions, high quality photo's, specific details, history if known, where it was excavated, the type and approximate year of the button in question, and what service you are looking to do. Please include your phone number, and give us the proper amount of time to thoroughly research you button. We aim to give you as much research as our data banks can supply. An emailed copy of your evaluation is also offered for an additional fee. If you have any questions about this service, you may also phone us at 845-561-2375.
